The Honda Odyssey Celebrates 25 Years!

The Honda Odyssey is a vehicle that has practically defined a generation of van owners. First hitting the streets nearly 25 years ago, the Honda Odyssey reset expectations of what it meant to own a minivan.

In celebration of a quarter-century of service, Honda has announced a special celebration for this venerable workhorse. The Odyssey is to be commemorated with a 25th Anniversary Accessory Package, to be made available on the latest 2020 models. Featuring chrome accents, special badges, and available 19-inch wheels, the special 2020 edition will be the linchpin of a celebration reaching Honda dealers across the country.

As a special bonus to Odyssey drives everywhere, the 2020 Odyssey will be the first to feature a new 10-speed automatic transmission standard, along with Honda's revolutionary Idle Stop technology. These newest features join a large batch of options in the Odyssey's quiver, including the Honda Sensing safety suite, Magic Slide 2nd-row seating for eight, power sliding doors, tri-zone automatic climate control and a Satellite-Linked Navigation System. Top of the line features include 4G LTE WiFi mobile hotspot, HondaVac, and CabinWatch cabin monitor as well. All of these features and amenities are loaded aboard a sturdy and resilient frame powered by a 280 horsepower 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 engine.

Honda has been producing vehicles in North America for over 35 years. All 2020 Honda Odyssey's made for the United States are proudly produced at Honda's auto plant located in Lincoln, Alabama using domestic and globally sourced parts.
